What If I Had Built Bloop by Moving Cards?
The last Bloop features already went through this process. Here it is replayed on a from-scratch rebuild, with a GitLab board as the only interface and coding agents in Kubernetes doing the work. One small diagram at a time, from the big idea down to the pod.

kerf went from empty repo to a usable pipeline console in about 20 hours. The agents wrote the code. My job was deciding things and reading reviews.
